The Martin Lane road stopping referral has been delayed again due to final

affidavit/document corrections, but Council has indicated that lodgment with the

Environment Court is now very close.

Over the next month, we are planning to re-engage Edwards White Architects to help us

complete the concept stage. The goal is to develop two clear options: one showing what the

project could look like if we build without the road stopping, and one showing what could be possible if the road is stopped. This will help us compare both pathways clearly before

committing further time, cost, or energy in either direction. Our desire is to keep moving

forward in a way that is faithful, practical, and wise, while also being mindful of how we

represent Christ to our neighbors and the wider community.

We also want to reinforce the need for volunteers. As the project develops, we will need

people who can help with professional skills such as drawings, engineering, modelling,

quantity surveying, planning, project support, and other related areas. We would also greatly

value people who can help with the ongoing care and maintenance of our existing buildings

and grounds. If you have skills, experience, or simply a willingness to help, we would love to

hear from you via the website.

Going forward this “building project” page will become the central place for project updates. This page will include the latest information, key documents, high- level schedule and finance updates, video updates, and volunteer opportunities.

Thank you for continuing to pray, support, and encourage this vision. We are trusting the

Lord to lead us with wisdom, unity, and faith as we take the next steps together.
